Jarrod Aston is a well respected and well known business entrepreneur and music business executive in South Africa.
His area of expertise encompasses live concerts, product launches, corporate and special events, entertainment, entertainment technology & logistics, artist & talent procurement and the overall production and staging of events.
Jarrod has been in the music industry since 1984 when he was part of some of the most successful pop bands of the 80's and 90's, Face to Face, Chess and Cinema. The acts had no less than 11 No 1 hit songs on radio and Cinema went on to secure the No 1 spot in Asia in 1996 with the song, "Strangers Again".
He toured with the bands from 1984 to 1997 after which he decided to focus on the business side of the industry.
Since doing so he has toured many legendary artists such as Dionne Warwick, Maxwell, Vanessa Mae, Foreigner, Air Supply, Jonathan Butler, Kirk Whalum, Oleta Adams, Alphaville, Boney M and many more local and international stars. His companies have provided entertainment solutions for many of SA's top casino properties which continue to receive awards for their outstanding entertainment offerings.
He continues to manage the leading entertainment companies in South Africa providing entertainment solutions for concerts, casino's, corporates and private clients.
He is currently MD of Fluid Media Entertainment which is a full service media and entertainment agency.
